Scheduled maintenance - expressions

Jump to solution

I have added to scheduled maintenance fields so that user can fill needed information to this form (Details subform) without knowledge how to use expressions. For example filling Impact information:

- added field initial.impact to dbdict patcotask

- added field to FD: patcotask, Details subform

- added to FC: patcotask, Calculations row: expressions,1 in $file=parse("initial.impact in $L.file=\""+initial.impact in $file+"\"", 11)

--> this fill the information to expressions array and then to opened Change ticket.

Problem: how to use Calculations for date information. In Change ticket is field "requestedDate" and I'd want this to be done so that in Details subform is field where user fills number of days to add to opening day.

Expressions should be filled as:

requestedDate in $L.file=tod()+'x 00:00:00'  where x is the number of days that user filled in field cm.requestedDate

cm.requestedDate field is added to dbdict: patcotask.
