Hi,

I test in my OOB and it works fine. Do you have any customization on your KM module? Have you tried in the Window client and does it meet the same issue?

Thank you and Best regards,

Hi,

Check your browser compatibility in accordance with your HPSM version.

Try using different browser. It should show up as it is an OOB functionality.

Assign Kudos by clicking on Star on your left ,if this post helped you in any manner...Thanks...

Hi Pinky,

What is your SM version?
And where you are searching such documents ? There is no such link OOB.

It could be because of change in states of KM flow, these has changed in SM9.3x.

Check what is query defined behind the link you are clicking.

Hth,
