Search button in SM 9.4 is not working

Hi Experts,

We are not able to search problems using the search option in the top- right corner of SM.

It is working fine  for the stuffs like change, incident, presses etc.But not for problem.

Attached is the image of search box.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
