Send import .csv log to sm.log

Jump to solution

Hi experts,

I need to send the import log , when you import a .csv using "Text Import Wizard" into a table like device, to sm.log.

I tryed using a new FC with a java script like:

system.functions.rtecall("log", $L.return.code, "This is a new message");

Or using the calculation field like:

Add--> true   calc--> $L.void=rtecall("log", $L.rc, Message).

And nothing is writted to the sm.log.

Any idea? I attach the import task and the messages that i would like to write in sm.log ("record already exist......" "0 records inserted,4 records updated"....)
I need this messages in sm.log

Thanks in advance.

Rodrigo

After switching on the msglog param in sm.ini we could see the javascript prints in sm.log.

Try something like this:

msglog:75000

 Hope, this helps!
