Service Manager 9.41 Compatibility with SQL Server 2017

Hi All,

New to service Manager. We have got a service manager instance 9.41 instance running in production with the database server being Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 .
Can anybody help if the service manager version would be compatible with the new version of SQL database and would there be any risk for this upgrade/migration ?

Thanks and Regards,

Albin

Re: Service Manager 9.41 Compatibility with SQL Server 2017

SM9.41 Support Matrix : SQL Server 2017 is not on the list of supported SQL Servers.

SM9.41 supports these SQL Server versions:

   SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2
   SQL Server 2012
   SQL Server 2014

The newest SM version SM9.62 supports SQL Server 2017:
