Service Manager - Sharepoint Connection

We have a SM4.1 installation, but will soon move to SM5.1. We need to provide changes (cm3r) to a SharePoint calendar(list). Is there an existing web service or API that could be used? Is a direct ODBC connection a better alternative? Is there a better approach?

Re: Service Manager - Sharepoint Connection

Hello Max,

hope you are doing fine.

I would like to share with you documentation about it but i noticed that there is not such data, currently I haven't done the integration but for now you can see these links:

I will ask if someone can let us know some experience about it.
