Service Manager default form

Hi all
We use SM7.01.
I had to modify a form, example SD.open.interaction. First I copy the original form, then rename and redesign it. Now how and where can I tell the Service Manager to use my redisegned form when I have to register new interaction.

Why don't you rename your OOB (out of box) form with an appended _OOB (for backup) and rename your redesigned form to the original name, e.g. SD.open.interaction?

Hi,

For interactions, you can change this in the user profile. Access to Service profile and write in "Initial Format" the name of the form that you have created.

Joana.

Hi folks and thank You very mutch.

HTown: Your solution is good and simple but I remember our teacher on training say the HP patches maybe update the original forms, etcs. After all your solution is good but then I must rename the original form and rename my redesigned form to original name and copy/rename all at once to another name(myformorig). Then if I install patches and the patch install new original form, then I must to rename my myformorig to original form name.

Joana: Your solution is more simplies.
Thank You, and may the power be with You 🙂
