Service Manager server replica

Hi All,

New to service manager.

We have a SM running in production but currently doesnt have redundant servers.

What would be the ideal plan If we have redundant servers to switch over in case if the primary fails.

Thanks and regards,

Albin

Re: Service Manager server replica

Hello Albin

For the side of SM, as a failover, you could use a horizontal type of scaling in the structure, here is a link where you can get more information about the topic.

https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Service_Manager:9.62/ConfiguringaHorizontalScalingEnvironment

now, on the DataBase, it is something that your company need to decide, what will be the best type of method that adjusts to your needs

hope this helps.

BR!
