Service REST to get date values from interaction management

Hi.

We are using REST to get date values from interaction management. However, the value is not respecting our timezone (GMT-2). The resuts are coming in GMT.
Is this the expected behavior?

Yes.  SOAP and REST return date/time in GMT and the systems pulling (or pushing) the data need to account for that.

Hi Jacob

We made a change in time zone in sm.ini, but after adding the sqltz parameter at sm.ini,
the new tickets are being saved with our timezone (GMT -2). The older tickets are still recorded with GMT.
However, the web interface does not understand that and stopped converting the older ticket's dates to GMT-2,
displaying a wrong information. That said, this solution is not suitable for us. I think we will follow the
guidance to consumers webservices.
