Service catalog Connector Issue
I have defined 'open change' catalog connector for my catalog item in service Catalog but when I am submitting my request i see a ticket gets open in Interaction. that means my connector is not working because it should open a change record for that following catalog item. I have restart the linker background process and restart the server. Still the change record didn't appear on the system.
Kindly let me know anything else needs to be checked.

This is the normal workflow. Once you submit a request, a SD ticket will be created. Now, as far as the related tickets are concerned, it depends on the connector you choose.
In your case, if you dont have approval in place, then check a change record would have been linked to the Interaction record.
