Service manager Response SLA target Date and SLA alerts show incorrect.

Dear All,

I am using HPservice manager 9.20 (old version), In service manager all the new and old tickets show incorrect  response SLA target date and SLA alerts dates. It is running fine before but on last week it show a month ago SLA alerts of all the ticket. I checked all the SLA, SLO and the calculation and found correct. Kinldy guild me if anybody know the solution.
