Setting "Dashboard" as Home Page in SM 9.40 resulting errors in advanced filter tab

Hi All

We have upgraded SM9.30 to SM9.40, post upgradation to utilize new feauture of Dashboards we have set the Home Page as "Dashboard" for the users.

When users logged in to SM9.40 and try to have some filters on modules like incident and change through advanced filter tab, getting the following error when we click on add new filter criteria and giving value to the field in incident drop down. Can anyone help to these error and how to resolve.

FYI- if we remove Dashboard ad home page for users and keeping to do as home page we are not seeing this issue.
