Show a display list rather than the value in the database in an Email?

I have a field where the values in the database are 1,2,3,4,5 and we would like it to show 1 - Immediate, 2 - Today, etc. in the email notification that is sent out to the end user.

Is there a way to do this in the email notifications in SC 6.2.7.3? I know this can be done in the system but I need it to be done in the email notification.

Hi Joel H,
you can basicly build your own eventregistration/eventmap to do the transformation there, or you can edit your CIT Szenario to transform the values in the mapping (i expect you are useing CIT for mail generation)

Hello,

System takes the data directly from the table fields so I don know if there is a way to avoid that. In all my previous projects we had to either add a new field which will contain information from Display list and not value list  or just modify the logic in the way that value list is the same as a display list.

hi,

You can try to use if else statements. However it could not be treated as efficient programming but might solve you problem.
