Show breach="Yes" in Incident queue

Jump to solution

My customer doesn't want to see Breach value in Incident Module as "True" or "False". Instead they want to see "Yes" and "No" respectively. I am able to do that from Format control and it is working fine with the help of a new introduced field breach. But it is showing blank in the incident queue. Could anybody please help?

**Attached the code written in the probsummary format control.

Hello.

Format Control start only when form opened. So you do not get new value into this field while somebody will not open form (and condition in FC is true).

So you need use triggers.

Also if your field where saved true/false work fine, then use triggers for probsummary and check "if this true" then set your new field to YES (and set in Politics for probsummary default value for your new field to NO)

Also if you need just display this breach field on screen, you can use $breach and condition in FormDesighner for "title condition" [YOURFIELDWITH_TRUE_FALSE] ? "true","false" : YES, NO

The last suggestion seems worked fine. And it is neat too.

Thank you so much Alarmus for help. Kudos..
