Smart Search not working on SMA Portal

Hi All,

We have SM 9.64 and SMA SM 2020.08 where the Smart Search is not working on the SMA Portal.

We have multiple libraries for every company and the results are returned from these libraries.
It works fine on the SM side, however returns no results on the SMA Portal.

We have updated the scripts for libraries to true for testing purpose, but that did not seem to help either.

Any inputs would be useful.

Update: It seems like the issue is only while returning results from custom Knowledge Libraries. Any idea if the results from custom Knowledge Libraries are returned?

make sure that all the ip addres of your workers are allowed in Idol.

Thank you for your response.

All the node IPs are added on the Smart Analytics cfg files and the search works when we modify the settings for default KM profile to search in all categories.

It seems like it is an issue related to the Profile/Role/Rights issue.
We are still working on narrowing down the problem.
We have also set the view rights for KM in the rights, but it did not help.
