Smart Ticket Task training status keeps saying, "not started yet"
I'm trying to train our smart ticket task, but the status keeps saying, "not started yet".
The smis just has them sleeping, and if I start it there it'll just go back to sleeping in a few seconds.
My question is what is the "training documents" that it's using? I thought it was pulling from tickets to train with. I've been able to tune closed tickets to smart ticket but it still doesn't fill in any fields when creating a smart ticket.

Please can you provide the sm.log from when you attempted the training and the SMIDOL0 Integration log for analysis?
