Smart ticket error - a category or taxonomy already exisit
I'm trying to implement smart ticketing, when I train the category I keep getting the failed training and in the logs I get the following error. Can some one advice where is this category or taxonomy created?
<errordescription>A category or taxonomy with that name already exists.</errordescirption>.
I had tried the following yet some error keep showing in logs
Delete all smart ticket task n recreate,
Restart sm service
Restart smart analytics services
