Submit Button Flow
Hi, I am posting this thread with reference to the another thread http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Service-Manager-Service/Urgent-Interaction-Module-Call-Flow/m-p/5895893/thread-id/96069. As of now, when we click on submit button in ess.do the ticket gets escalated as an incident, now i would need to implement approval flow, for which i thought of creating a new submit button and when clicked the submit button it should go for its manager approval.
