Survey after interaction close
We are using HPSM 9.40 and want to send email survey notifications after interaction is closed. What is correct way of doing this?
1) Create new survey. What scheduling rules and data filters should bet set in this case?
2) RuleSets. Which process or RAD application should be called to start new survey and send email?
I think that you want to perform like a user satisfaction survey that is automatically generated. On this document explains with details the Survey Integration (please check the dropdown options on the left side of the page):
