Suspend Comments to be passed to email

Hi Experts,

we have a requirement of passing suspended comments to email when an incident is suspended, when incident is set to suspened then a new wizard opens and the field name for entering the suspend comemnt is $update.action, kindly let me know how to acheive this.

file=incidents
form=wizard-sd.interaction.suspend
field=$update.action

Re: Suspend Comments to be passed to email

Hi Madhu,

Check that "journal update" in activity tab holds the entered data or not. And check for the status what happens after suspending the incidents.

So assuming if status shows as suspend then in notification cal condition as

problem.status in $file="Suspend" and in argument call that journal update field.

Regards,

Kiran

Re: Suspend Comments to be passed to email

Hi Madhu,

We can achive this in another way, try to do this..

add a new field in dbdict--> incidents-->suspend.comments (same as description field in form).

goto wizard you calling up while suspending..replace a field name with new field name created i.e., "suspend.comments" .

Call the same in notification form to send comments in email.

Regards,

Kiran
