System Admin tasks

Hi,

i need to provide service desk agents with access to the "status" command and to execute the "kill " command , because they have always problem of  locked session, or locked incidents.

is this possible ? 

we are using SM9.32

You would have to customize/tailor your system in order to provide that.  There isn't an out of the box configuration for that.....at least not to my knowledge.
