The alert process is down and doesn't wake up

Hello experts,   SM 9.34  alert process doesn't start

I've an alert.lo file (I attach it in this post)  with this command :

sm -bg scheduler alert 60 1 -RTM:3 -debugdbquery:999 -log:alert.log 

And I don't know where is the problem...

Please if somebody can help me.

The scheduler failed due to these errors:

I would recommend that you open a support case as trying to trouble shoot this issue via the forum will be difficult.
