The code page 'windows-1258' received is not supported

I got this error when receive email from MS exchange email server by an Connect IT service

This err made email unread and stay in inbox folder

My connectIT using pop3 and work normally till i upgrade ConnectIT from 9.3 to 9.6 last week

The log display eror:

Windows-1258 is a code page used in Microsoft Windows to represent Vietnamese texts. Does this email contain anything related to Vietnamese? If so you could try this in a Test system before moving into Production.

First, you can install the Language Pack to see if that solves the problem. If the Language Pack fails then the steps below could work.

1. Locate the codepage.txt in the /bin folder of your CIT instalation folder

2. Add the below line at the end of the file:

windows-1258 | 1258 | 1258 | | Windows(Vietnamese)

Windows-1258 is a code page used in Microsoft Windows to represent Vietnamese texts. Does this email contain anything related to Vietnamese? If so you could try this in a Test system before moving into Production.

yep, I cannot find Language Pack for CIT 9.6

So i did your step below and it works ferrectly
