The interaction tickets are not getting auto close after 24 hours
In the interaction we resolves SD ticket and after 24 hours it will get close state in automatically.
But now it is not happening,When we keep SD ticket in resolve state then it will not go in Close state after 24 hours.
Kindly suggest for the solution.
The "automatically" closure must be defined via a background scheduler and a schedule record.
Check your background schedulers within
System Navigator - System Status
and your schedule records with
