The key `BreachReport_c` was not found in the cache

Hi All,

 

Yesterday I imported to 3 custom packages from the Market place. Everything was working fine till today.

For all of them I get a similar message when I try to open the module:

 

An unexpected error occurred

Details: 
The key `CapacityPlan_c` was not found in the cache

The key `BreachReport_c` was not found in the cache

The key `VisitorRegistration_c` was not found in the cache

 

Any idea?

Hi Alex,

Quite hard to say anything about it.. what is your Service Manager version, which packages did you apply? Where exactly this errors appeared?

SMA Version: 2019-May-29-01:29:42
 
I have applied the 3 available packages in the market place.
It seems the packages (their names) are not saved in the Studio. Once I saved it again it will work till I logged out.
The error appears when I try to navigate to the corresponding module, for example:  Security.

Hi Alex,

I just received confirmation from the product manager that the Studio Apps products available in the Marketplace is only for SMAX version and not for SMA_SM version.

That may be the reason for your errors.

We moved to a new system and I have not tested it there.

My own apps transfer were working fine in the old system.

Not sure if it will work or not but you can try to refresh database views. Administration->Application Settings->Database Reporting
