The "Magnify" Button in Service Manager Does Not Exist in Web Client

Does anyone know how to make the "Magnify" Button Visible within the Web Client in SM 9.30. Please advise.

F2 executes the Magnify function in the 9.x web tiers.

F1 executes field help.

 

I don't know of a way to add a button for magnify in web tier, just F2.
