Track the ticket deletion in HPSM
Hi HPSM Experts,
I have an audit requirement to keep track of the ticket deletion action in HPSM. If anyone delete any ticket it need to be tracked in some log file .I have checked in sm.log, sys log, msg log ,no where it is getting logged .
Kindly tell if there is any way in hpsm to track this .
You could also explore whether you could monitor the activity on the RDBMS side.
