Track the ticket deletion in HPSM

Hi HPSM Experts,

 

I have an audit requirement to keep track of the ticket deletion action in HPSM. If anyone delete any ticket it need to be tracked in some log file .I have checked in sm.log, sys log, msg log ,no where it is getting logged .

 

Kindly tell if there is any way in hpsm to track this .

Record deletion is not logged out of box. For any table where you would like to track deletions, you could configure an after delete trigger and call a custom JavaScript to either create a record in an internal custom deletion log table  or write to an external log.

You could also explore whether you could monitor the activity on the RDBMS side.
