Translate "Submit a Request", "No Open Request", etc. labels in WebTier (ESS.DO)

 Hi guys,

Colud anyone share from where I can translate the mentioned labels?

I have hard time finding where all of those tabs are..

Correction: The above labels obviously are standard scmessages.

The other labels are located in the WEB-INF folder.

The ones that I'm unable to locate at the moment are again from the WebTier interface:
You can check the attached file.

  • Count Records (the text after that: for example 1 to 1 of 1)
  • Pages:
  • Show
  • 50 records per page/100 records per page etc.

Hi,

you can check the ESS menu & modify it.

Steps to do it:

1- In the Operator Record, check what is the name of the ESS Menu.
2- from the command line, write menu & click OK (you will be directed to the menu)
3- Search for the ESS menu name (example ESSSM)
4- Modify the menu labels (submit a request, View Open interactions...) & save
5- Logout & login & check

Did you try by installing language packs? I assume some system labels (eg. Count) are retrieved by login language selected by user.
