UCMDB dataModevents array attributes sort order changes

Hello experts,

We have a problem about UCMDB Integrations. We get attribute changes of Cis' from UCMDB to the dataModevents table, but array fields sometimes transfered with different sort order. For Example : cpu.id array has been changed from {"CPU0", "CPU1", "CPU2", "CPU3"} to {"CPU2", "CPU0", "CPU3", "CPU1"} and HPSM supposed that this is a change event on CMDB.  But order of cpu.id is not meaningfull for our support groups.

Is there a bug or a missing subject in UCMDB or HPSM.

Re: UCMDB dataModevents array attributes sort order changes

Hi,

You should control the order in UCMDB by defining the tql, or some other configuration in UCMDB.

Thanks
