URGENT: Change cm3r ticket prefix for selected Category
I want to change the change ticket number prefix while raising ticket with E-CAB category. Normally it starts with "C". But for an ECAB change, I want it to be start with "E". Is it possible. Kindly help me out. It's really Urgent.

Until I know this cannot be done, the reason is because if you change C for E, from now on all will start with E so any change will go to the beginning.
