URL to a specfic Request Model

Jump to solution

I am on Service Manager 9.52.  I know how to create URLs that will take a user to a specific incident or request record.

Is there a way to create a URL that would take a user to a blank Request?  For example, if you go to Request Fulfillment > Create a New Request, choose a Category, then a Subcategory, then select a particular Request Model and are taken to the blank form to submit a request, is there wa way to create a URL that will take a user to that blank request page for that very specific Request Model?

Thanks

Hi Fcbcd

Hope you are doing fine.

Until I know this cannot be done, to create an URL on Service Manager you must always redirect the link to an existing  request so customer can access the request.

Thank you.  That was what I expected.  I have let my users know.
