Unable to create IM and SD created

Hi Team,

We are facing the issue when trying to create SD or IM ticket manually. Below error message:-

Process panel eval.expressions in RAD us.link encountered error in line 2 (us.link,eval.expressions)
Cannot evaluate expression (us.link,eval.expressions)
Cannot evaluate expression (us.link,eval.expressions)
Bad arg(2) oper = (us.link,eval.expressions)
Cannot evaluate expression (us.link,eval.expressions)
Cannot evaluate expression (us.link,eval.expressions)
Cannot evaluate expression (us.link,eval.expressions)
Bad arg(2) oper += (us.link,eval.expressions)
Cannot evaluate expression (us.link,eval.expressions)
Script 'queryUtil' line 15: ERROR TypeError: dispList[i] has no properties at char 1

The dispList variable in your script is either not declared properly or is null. Is that queryUtil an out-of-box script (I don't recall)? Are you sure that you're passing a value into the script that gets picked up and/or used as dispList?

yes its OOB script..Bt is working fine on production.
