Unable to retire Knowledge base document

Unable to retire Knowledge base document.

Document appears and only fould under Retired documents.

When searching the knowledge base, i am able to search and find it.

I have checked and there are no links to other documents.

Do me a favor and go to Knowledge Managment > Knowledgebases > Knowledge_Library
Click on the Type Information tab
In the Service Manager Table Query do you see this query: status ~= "draft" and status ~="retired"

In HP Service Manager Table Query of the Knowledge Library I see: status = "internal" or status = "external"
