Unable to view RF ticket in approval inbox

Hi Experts,

HPSM 9.41 

I had created a new workflow in request module, which had approval phase, when ticket is created, the approval is not able to see the ticket shown when open hte approval inbox (from left navigation). 

i had also create a new record in secrole call "request approval" and had check the can approve, then I add this new role to the approver operator record.

I had check in approval table and the record is there, but when open with approval inbox the record is not shown. 

Kindly help to advice what am i missing here?
