Unisearch fail

HPSM 9.41

I'm try to understand why UniSearch fail sometimes. I search any record in comand line and majority time it's work good, but sometimes I obtain the following message "No view access defined in user profile to search for Request record". If i try search the same ticket after 10/15 minutes, it's going to work fine and doesn't any error.

Can you help me?
