Hi,

When I open a new incident from Interaction , IM opened has same data as in Interaction.

But after that when I update the SDxxxxx (interaction) in Area/subarea/product.type, IM does not gets updated with new categories.

How can I acheive this.

Hi,

I suppose there is no OOB feature to post the data from related interaction to IM.
You have to use some scripting or ioaction feature for the same.

Hi,

You can write a javascript trigger on incidents table that would go and update related Incident/Interaction.

You need to call "screlation" table to do that.
