Update Problem ticket Updated Time%2C Updated by whenever Problem task is updated.!!

Hi Experts,

I would like to update my Problem ticket flow by modifying the Last updated time, Last updated By whenever the Problem task is updated. Currently it is not getting updated for Problem tasks. Only updates when Problem tickets itself gets any updates. So please guide me on this.
