Urgent -interaction blank search

Hi Friends ,

 

Interaction blank Search will open up many records , Now my question is when i traverse through record by record , refresh kind of thing happens ( some process runs i guess ) .  I want to know what happens when i traverse through record by record.

 

For example  : search interaction---> i will select first record after that i will select 3rd record in the mean time  the system runs some OR checks some thing  OR it takes time to open up 3rd record OR refresh kind happens i guess.

 

Which process OR what exactly runs . when i go on select record by record in the list.
