User Access

I have users who keep loosing access to the SM application.  We are using active directory.  I would like assistance on troubleshotting the issue.

Hi,

Can you please provide me user name have the issue + screen shot showing what error comes when you are try to access to SM with that user.

Also sent me sm.ini and sm.cfg and sm.log captruring the issue so I can check it.
