View producing limited results for user

In my production environment one user created a custom view for change(cm3r table). When they open that iew for the first time logging on it works fine however if they click a record in that view then select 100 records to view(currently between 50 and 100) and hits cancel they get brought back to the home/scm.advanced screen and only has a limited record of what was just in the list, usually the last set of tickets from the record. Here is the inbox/view:

What version of Service Manager are you using?  And does this happen on the web or the client?  This sounds more like a tech support question - like something you should be opening a ticket with HP support on - rather than a community/development question.

SM 9.21.113 app, Web is at 157(or w/e that update is). This happens on the web-tier only with one user. We can not recreate it with other users as often as that user even with a duplicated query.
