Where is located closure code validation?

Hi,

 

I want remove the closure code validation for resolution.code field at incident, for example, i've remove the line for that at im.incident.close format control, but the validation still. i don't found anything else at Rule Sets, Wizard or probsummary format control.

 

Someone knows where are set this validation?

Which version are you using??

 

It's probably in the Workflows.

Incident Management > Configuration > Workflows > ...

The answers are all over the place because it is completely different if you have classically tailored help desk modules (9.3x or earlier without the Process Designer Help Desk content pack or an upgraded classic system in 9.40) OR  codeless/process designer modules (9.3x with PD Help Desk enabled or a 9.40 system running in Codeless mode).
