access file records using a URL

Jump to solution

I can access a record in our probsummary table using a link like:

https://mydomain.com/sc/index.do?ctx=docEngine&file=probsummary&query=number=%22PM123456%22

but when I tried with a new table I created, i could not use same structre.

do I need to do something to enable this new table for external link access?

Hello Michael,
Thanks for your question.

I am not sure it can be actually accessed that way. Service Manager works along with Java so normally you access the URL to log into the system and then there is no change in that URL.

However, if there is a possibility that your request can be done, it should appear in the Web Services Guide.
