activity update not captured full content

Hi All,

I m facing the issue when user copy and paste content in activity update field sometime it wont capture whole only and only captured last line of the content. The issue appeared in incident ticketsThis happened intermitently which very hard to trace the behaviour. The versioning that user using now is 9.61. Anyone facing the same issue?

Thanks for contacting us. 

when this issue happens, if you paste the content of the clipboard on any other text field, does it still happen?. something else that comes to mind, is that the update field has some limitation on the characters that it receives and in the end, it grabs only the last part.

user perform copy and paste from command just like normal without using clipboard. Others field did not happend and there are no limitations in the activity update field. Same content will required to copy and paste few times until it sucess grab the full content. The problem now it's happened intermitent with the same behavious as success. It might happened around 3-4 times per day. Any others idea?
