activity update related ticket

Hi,

anyone know how to configure activity update details for operator who did the link and unlick ticket or add/remove related records

Appreciate your advice

hello

I am afraid that I don't understand your request very well. 

if what you want is to add a sort of reminder to the operators that are linked or are involved to the record. you can do this with an SLA definition. you could also try and use a dashboard/graphic to display the records that need an update based on your conditions.

please let me know if this is what you are asking for, if not, give us a little more information on what you want to do.

In the Security Role table you should be able to find the correspond rights for every Operator

Thanks for your response,

The activity update that i requested example from if operator change the ticket severity the activity update will capture operator name has changed the priority x to priority x. I want to do the same for link/unlink ticket. Example operator name xxx has link/unlink ticket SDxxxx
