activity update related ticket
anyone know how to configure activity update details for operator who did the link and unlick ticket or add/remove related records

I am afraid that I don't understand your request very well.
if what you want is to add a sort of reminder to the operators that are linked or are involved to the record. you can do this with an SLA definition. you could also try and use a dashboard/graphic to display the records that need an update based on your conditions.

The activity update that i requested example from if operator change the ticket severity the activity update will capture operator name has changed the priority x to priority x. I want to do the same for link/unlink ticket. Example operator name xxx has link/unlink ticket SDxxxx
