add new item

When i try to add a new item in the srevice catalog its beng add but i get this below erroe i wnder which counter i should modify

the catalogDiffSync id field value comes from the number table, Class svcCatalogDiffSync.  It appears your 'number' is out of sync with the data that is in the catalogDiffSync table.

THis error means you are adding a duplicate catalog in Service catalog module.First search with that name whether already a catalog exists with that name or not and then go for the one you are adding.
