Does anyone know how the agreement.id is getting generated in the sla table?
I couldn't find anything in the sequential numbers related to it?
I am migrating from SM 9.30 to 9.52 & when I uploaded the data, the numbers were different. Tried to modify them but it didn't work.
i deleted them but now when I create new sla, the number gets generated from the last sla (that I deleted).
How can I reset the number ???
