attachment are not copied

hi,

i notice that  in sm9.40 attachements are not copied from interaction to incident through escalation any suggestion?

Hello,

Should they?

As I remember they are  visualized as attachments from related records but actually not copied to the escalated object, they remain in the Interaction.

It would have been not logical from point of view of DB usage

i believe that is true but the customer insist to have this feature as they alredy had.

That would have been tailored functionality: SM did not copy attachments to the incident out of. Box.
