change approver for interaction of service catalog

Jump to solution

Hi all,

If a person raises an interaction for service catalog and if it's approval is pending with his manager, can this approval be delegated to that person for that particular request only? If yes, please let me know how.

Kind Regards,

Tyson

If you need manually change approver

in command line DB - field name "=approval" and administration mode is ON - search

in opened form find your number of request and change approver (set operator login)

Hi ALARMus,

The current approver can't access the appliction right now, so is there any way to route the approval to the requester.

Thanks,

Tyson
