change ticket gets locked

Hi Experts,

Whenever i am updating any change ticket, it is giving the following error:

"Function not available, requested resource is being locked by:Problem"

Can anyone help me on this regard?

Hi,

This is because last time record was processed(or in processing) by the background process problem.
You can check it from system status->show locks.
And just kill any existing problem process and restart it from the start schedulers.
But make sure that problem process is running.

If nothing works then restart the SM services.

Thanks a lot for your valuable time.


The problem has been resolved. I put the "sync" in sm.ini and restarted the services. Its working fine now.
